opened it's doors in January, 2000. Even though the primary function is of a commercial
nature, our secondary purpose is to share information with you about our ever
changing industry. Hopefully, we can share in this learning experience together.
We will bring you interesting links to state of the art information. DV (digital
video) technology is in a constant state of change and improvement. We are the
research and developers of this intensely evolving techno-information. From event
videography to feature length documentaries and theatrical release features, digital
video production and post-production has arrived.

connection to what’s happening in the field of Digital, both for video and audio.
David Michael Weishaar began his career recording and re-recording
sound for motion pictures in Kansas City Missouri for Calvin Communications, a
full service motion picture production and post-production facility. Calvin graduates
include Robert Altman - writer, director; Richard Sarafian - actor, director;
Hughes Rudd - author, news journalist for network television; Lou Lombardo - Hollywood
motion picture editor, and many other talented people. In 1978 David landed in
California as a production mixer for a feature length movie, and never left. During
a tour of the studios he changed his audio focus, and has
primarily been mixing in post-production sound for theatrical release features
and more recently, television. After six years on the Board of Directors, David
was elected to serve as President of the Cinema Audio Society from 1989 to 1991.
He garnered many nominations and sound awards, including an Emmy Award for the
hit comedy series "Frasier", in 1997.
In the late nineties
he decided to merge his audio background with that of producing and directing
his own projects. Sound With Motion, this is where we are today, a company that
not only services your audio needs, but also produces projects for your enjoyment
and education. Creating SOUND WITH MOTION is what we do.
Sylvia
Lowe brings her keen design sensibilities to the table as well as her ability
to help round up an assignment and tie it all together. Artistically, her writing
ability and narrative voice talent can take a project from average in look and
sound, to a an almost spiritual experience if professionally meaningful is not
enough. You soon will be able to hear a sample of her work in the VO Talent section
of our website. She also brings her grant writing ability to documentary work,
which is invaluable and often necessary. As an executive producer she is an extremely
important asset to SOUND WITH MOTION. Send her e-mail. She will be happy
